Presenting a fluid roster of groundbreaking pioneers and emerging artists, Heft shows a spectrum of work emphasizing inventive uses of traditional materials, memorable experiences, and provocative statements. This program exists to advance the critical movement of this moment: artists engaging urgent cultural questions using the tools of their time – algorithms, systems, artificial intelligence, and other generative processes – to shape new visual vernacular.
Having presented over 50 original projects, Heft continues to engage a global community of collectors online, participate in leading international fairs, and now presents monthly exhibitions and weekly events from the new Lower East Side space in New York.
